Please can anyone help with meal ideas for the 5:2 diet which will keep me under 500 calories for the two days? I don't eat salad so any help would be great
Also, I keep seeing people saying to not exercise on fast days... However my non exercise days are the weekend and I like to enjoy my food on the weekend.. any suggestions for this?

Hi it all depends really on your daily calorie intake on your non fasting days and how much weight your looking to lose, it's a four week diet to kick start you, so see what's your overall goal and I will send you a weeks menus, also you say you have no internet? Not even on your phone, do you own a kindle??
Hello so my daily calorie intake is 1600 cals I want to lose 10kg... If you could send it over that would be great yeah I do but I only go on this while im at work haha which I have no access to internet on. Thank you for your help!!
Hi if your daily calorie intake is only 1600 then really that is not very high, do you weigh much as that will also see if the 5/2 is going to be OK for you to help healthy weight loss
