Slimming World

Hi everyone, I have lost 2 stone over the last few years by trying to change how we eat as a family and exercise more and im really happy with the changes. But there are people in work that have done amazingly well with the slimming world diet and they have given me books etc. So yesterday I started the extra easy plan, which im doing myself at home (wi day a thursday).

Has anyone else had experience of this plan ? I would be interested to hear your thoughts.

I've lost weight in the past using slimming world. Like all diets it works as long as you stick to it Its a case of finding what works for you. This time around I've lost weight by calorie counting and exercise. Good luck!
