Managing PCOS

Hi everyone. I have been on the pill for most of my adult life and was diagnosed with PCOS 5 years ago when I was trying to conceive. I am on the pill again as I stopped trying to conceive but have been thinking lately of what would be the best way to manage my PCOS whilst not on the pill so that I have the potential to get pregnant, however I didn't want the stress of actively "trying".

What are people's experience with transitioning from being on the pill to managing their PCOS?

What sort of medications/therapies or things you did in your own self helped?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

What helped my fertility the most is removing all refined sugars from my diet decreasing caffeine consumption and making sure I have good fats , good protein , veggies and less carbs for every meal , no processed foods , slow weighted workouts/ hitt workouts /resistance training , this lowers blood sugar and testosterone and improves energy levels and sleep. and taking the supplement Myo and D chiro 40:1 by the brand Freak Athletics , you can purchase through their website and on Amazon. The Myo and D chiro 40:1 powder supplement changed my life, improved my fertility , my periods , my hunger , my cravings and my mood , it’s the best supplement for pcos . The perfect ratio of 40:1 Myo and D chiro inositol is the perfect ratio to develop the perfect harmony in your body. Women with pcos are low in Myo snd D chiro inositol and this helps with lowering blood sugar snd testosterone levels which are both the main issues that cause fertility problems in pcos women.
