Diagnosed with pcos but I don’t feel I have most symptoms

My blood test showed I have pcos however I’ve never had acne (like at all)even as a teenager, I’m not losing hair and I don’t have excess hair

The only symptom I have is an irregular period but it’s not like others with pcos have described. I have a period most months it but it’s never the time every month and it lasts around 10 days. On occasion I’ll have a period that never seems to end (think 22 day periods)

Hi, I’m literally the same, but I was diagnosed with pcos through an ultrasound, my blood tests and hormones are all normal, I have no excessive hair growth, I suffer with acne but not from a hormonal imbalances, I’ll miss my period by a few days but nothing longer than a week, I was only tested by ultrasound as I’m struggling to conceive and that’s how I found out I had pcos

I used to bleed heavily and for 10-15 days when I had fibroids. Perhaps a scan will help
