I have found it so tricky to loose weight it’s a nightmare!! The only thing I have found that works for me is doing 10,000 steps a day, tracking my calories and just walking that fine line of high protein low carb. I have found that if I stay 200-300 cals below what I need to loose weight per day then I balance that out at the weekend when I generally eat more and drink more.

I can’t live without cheese, wine and all the good things. I am a foodie and life is too short to starve yourself!

Currently 13st 8lb and trying to loose 1st 5lb to get my BMI down to under 29. It’s a mission but consistency works and playing the calorie game.

You can do this, believe in yourself and your aims.

I've done Slimming World. It look a year to lose 2 stone and by sticking to the healthy diet, they recommend, am keeping it off. I needed tenacity as my weight loss was slower than many people's. I feel loads better!
