Hi everyone, I'm new here as I've just been diagnosed with PCOS today and wanted to join a community where I can ask questions and gain support. I have a very healthy balanced diet and do regular exercise. But please can anyone recommend a diet for me to stick to which will help with my PCOS. Thank you xox

Google will be able to help. Generally a healthy diet. Reduced to no sugar. Sugar is okay in fruit but not too much fruit. Avoid fruit juice, as there's a lot of sugar in those. I think of it similar to being a diabetic. If you are eating healthy and exercising already, sounds like you are doing the right things.
