I have been having a lot of sleepless nights, tossing and turning. But worst of all is the fears and anxiety about the possibility of losing my baby. What can I do to quell my anxietys so I can enjoy my pregnancy?

It’s so hard not to feel stressed and anxious but try to stay calm and relaxed as possible - easier said than done trust me I know but I had to accept that I couldn’t control the situation I could only do my best by resting, eating well, taking my vitamins etc but other than that it is out of our hands. Just take each day as it comes and try to stay positive x

I was the same I was referred to the mental health midwife who would talk to me about my anxiety around the situation and I was also given more regular scans again arranged by the speciality midwife I was very lucky and grateful for the extra support i was given it allowed me to enjoy my pregnancy more x

There is no increased risk of mc due to pcos, they thought their was but further research has dismissed it.

You will worry and there is little that can be done about it tbh, I had bright red bleeding at 10 weeks too (and period cramps for 7 months of the pregnancy). Both are pretty common actually.

Just try and keep your mind occupied to reduce the worry.
