FalsePos OPK and PCOS?

Has anyone experienced false positive OPK tests? I read that women with PCOS are more likely to get a false positive reading.

I have never had a positive OPK- diagnosed with PCOS a few weeks ago. This month I’ve started taking Inofolic (almost on month two), changed my diet etc and I got a positive OPK two days in a row mid cycle then it went back to negative. Just wondering if this could be a false pos and if anyone else has experienced it? I did not get egg white CM - it was just watery.

Thanks

Yes they dont work for pcos ladies and can be misleading, best bet is to look at the fertilityfriends website as taking your temperature is the most accurate way for pcos ladies to tell if they are ovulating (as having a period does not mean you ovulate sadly).
