Has anyone tried proven holistic remedies such as Yoni Steaming?

I’ve been doing some research on PCOS and other ovarian related health issues to see if there are any secrets and tips to help alleviate some of the symptoms. A ancient practice that came highly recommended was Yoni Steaming, using boiled herbs to steam your Yoni to purify, cleanse and heal. Some say that it can really help with PCOS, fibroids, irregular periods, even toning etc, so it would be great to hear first-hand if anyone has given it a go or knows anyone who has and can detail some of the benefits it provided for you/them?

I’ve been having steams in conjunction with abdominal massage and castor oil packs and have found they help. I have PCO, endometriosis and adenomyosis, and am undergoing IVF. I’ve been using the steams before having internal scans and have found they really reduce the pain and discomfort I usually feel. I also noticed that after a week or so or using castor oil packs on my abdomen, the normal swelling I have there reduced for the first time in years so I would definitely recommend them as well as the steam.

Wow that’s amazing! Thank you for sharing your experience. Me and my mum have been looking into it but have heard mixed reviews so it’s great to hear from someone who has actually tried these methods before. If we can get to a place where we’re able to reduce discomfort, swelling and tenderness that would be fab!
