Hi I’m new here, I’ve had PCOS since I was 14 and I’m 27 now. I was initially put on the pill to regulate my periods which I had to stop taking nearly 2 years ago as I often had migraines. I’ve had a few periods since then but I’m looking for something to help regulate my period. I’m not actively ttc as I don’t want to become obsessed with it but if it happened i would be very happy. I’m just wondering if anyone takes anything that has helped to regulate their periods (my main concern at the moment, currently 4 months without a period) whether it be from a doctor or a health shop/online. I’ve found numerous things online but don’t know if it’s legit or not.

Regulating cycles
Lots of ladies have mentioned that inositol can help hugely for your cycle. Don't focus on having a period though as you can ovulate without one and having a period doesn't mean you are ovulating either, which was me. So periods mean nothing really.
Look at the fertilityfriends website as it advises how to see if you are ovulating and the signs to look for.
Thankyou I will look at that website now. It wouldn’t normally bother me not having a bleed but I thought I was pregnant but test have said not. The last doctor I went to see said it’s dangerous not to have a bleed so that’s all that’s worrying me. I may have to make an appointment with a new doctor (I’ve since changed doctors) and see what they say.
You need a bleed every 3-4 months ideally to keep your uterus healthy, they can give you medication to force one if need be
