I am trying a combination of a lowGI and anti-inflammatory diet. I'm cutting out refined sugars, red meat and limiting dairy and gluten as much as I can.

I've been doing it for nearly a month now and feel a lot better for it already!

theanswertopcos diet is the only one that I consistently lost weight on each week and have pretty much maintained the weight loss for 10 years now so went from a 16 to a 12 but saying all that you have to find a diet that suits you as the easier you find it the more like you are to stick with it.
