An update on my previous post asking about Inositol:

I started having 2 mini spoons (very tiny spoon) of Inositol daily and within two weeks I started my period for the first time in 4 months!!

May be a coincidence but seems like too much of a coincidence!!

So I would definitely recommend it!

Hi, can I ask where you bought it from? My gyno advised that I start taking it alongside with metformin as apparently they work well together. I am insulin resistant and have been piling on the weight in the past 5 years. Looked up inositol and it's so expensive. X

Hi,

I got it from ‘MyProtein’ and they had an offer so I got 1000g for £20. I have a referral code that would get you 30% off if you spend £35 - just message me if you want it.

It’s completely flavourless so I add it to a smoothie in the morning. Would completely recommend it if you are trying to lose weight as well! My appetite decreased and I lost 6kg in a few weeks!

Good luck 👍

I just found this post when searching 'Inositol' before writing my own post. Seems like it is worth getting! Will look on MyProtein now. :)
