PCOS Diet

Hi Ladies - just thought I would recommend a diet I went on about 8 years ago (lost 2 stone in 3 months) and then the final stone a few months later and within a stone have pretty much kept it off for 8 years as I have stuck with the principals of the diet (I do fluctuate a bit tho).

Other ladies on the diet lost 7 stone in a year and conceived naturally after years of trying. I found it easy to do (it probably wont suit everyone though). I love Norah who designed the diet many years ago and truly understands pcos. This is only my view and not the view of Verity btw. She is bringing out an up to date book which you can look at below. Just thought it was worth a mention. I am going to order her new book so will let you know (not that I have much to lose really now).

Hi Hols969,

What was the name of the first book? Also, do you know when this second book will be released?

Thanks

I think it was the 15 minute diet or something like that - you can pre-order her new book from the website (think its due 25 June for release) - the old book is no longer available (and probably about 10 years out of date pcos wise). This book deals with other issues as well like binge eating etc so I think its a bit more complex.

There is a Facebook group called The answer to PCOS as well which I have joined.

Hi Hols969,

What was the name of the first book that helped you with the diet and where can I get it? Many thanks.
