Letrozole

Hi all,

Just wondering if anyone has had a successful pregnancy with the help of Letrozole? I had my first cycle last month from which I ovulation was confirmed. Unfortunately the cycle did not result in a pregnancy and am on my second cycle. Taking this as a positive as I this is the first time in 10 years that my body is actually doing what it is supposed to!!

Anyway, my question is how many cycles of Letrozole did it take for a successful pregnancy, or more generally what was your experience with Letrozole?

Bit of a late reply but just wondering how Letrozole worked for you? I started Letrozole last week and had day 10 scan this morning. Just wondering how many rounds you tried and whether it was successful for you?

Hi Sophie,

Letrozole was successful for me in terms of ovulation and pregnancy, but sadly my pregnancies then resulted in early miscarriage. I had 9 cycles overall. I didn’t respond to cycle 1 or cycle 9, but the cycles in between did result in successful ovulation, however sometimes delayed by a week from cycle 4 onwards.
