Hi everyone I was told I have polycystic ovaries syndrome but I have no symptoms, have got 2 kids I don’t have difficulty getting pregnant, just had a medical termination, and am feeling well overall am just wondering if the doctors are right about their diagnoses

Did you have a scan which showed pcos - how did they diagnose it, what made them think that it is pcos?

I had a scan to recheck if I still have fibroids and no fibroids seen and I was told have got PCOS

Yes I had a scan that confirmed it I have no symptoms I have regular period, have got two kids I get pregnant easily

Not everyone has issues getting pregnant, if they saw the cysts on your ovaries then that is a diagnosis. Why did they scan you originally? If you have no symptoms then I wouldnt worry too much, sometimes if you become overweight the symptoms then start to increase so I would just keep an eye on your diet and carry on as you are.

Lots of ladies dont have symptoms, some only find out when trying for a family, but 1/3 of fertility issues are now men so that may have contributed.

My weight Have always been between 51.5 and 52.5 I once had fibroids did open mymectomy fell pregnant immediately after 12 month fell pregnant again after 2 years I went for another scan to check if there is know more fibroids growing then they say I had PCOS No fibroids seen but generally am well
