So I have been battling with pain and irregular bleeding for almost 8 years. I'm 22 years old and last august I had a miscarriage at 9 weeks. I have poly cystic ovaries and possible endo (awaiting lap in October) I haven't been trying for a baby but me and my husband want to have a baby before I consider hysterectomy. Have any of you ladies had a successful pregnancy and been in a similar situation to myself?

A hysterectomy won't resolve the pcos issues (unsure about endo) as pcos is an endocrine disorder rather than ovary issue (name is misleading).
We have lots of ladies that have both pcos and endo (it is the endo that can cause more of an issue rather than pcos (and is the endo that causes pain rather than pcos), it is extremely rare not to conceive just because of pcos) - there is a link between pcos and endo as well.
As you have already got pregnant then there is no reason to suggest it wont happen again and relatively easily as well.
Don't loose hopes. take it positively, that's all I have to say, dear....... I don't have much information about this..... But I just want to say that consult your doctor and follow her advice ....... there are many other options like surrogacy. If you and your loving Dh don't have any issue then take an advice from experts about surrogacy. It really works.
