Hi all! I got a blood test done to check my hormone levels during day 21 of my cycle. Is anyone able to interpret the LH and FSH results for me?

Hi Sofia , Those levels are meant to be taken on day 3 of your menstrual cycle. The ratio of lh is higher than fsh which is common in pcos. My lh was 27 and fsh was 5.5 on day 21. very abnormal I think, I have pcos. In ladies with pcos lh is often persistently raised, Usually the ratio should be 1:1.

Ahh ok thanks for your reply. I do have PCOS and the Dr. Made a comment besides those two readings saying ' consistent with pcos'. What are results usually like for "normal" ladies?
