I had the same problem, and tried lots of things through the years including antibiotics ect.... Everyone responds differently to different treatments so it can take time to find whats best for you. These are the things that have helped me and hopefully might help you; 1. I gave up dairy (extreme I know but cows milk contains huge amounts of hormones and hormones are a major contributor to acne in PCOS) this has really helped me however I make sure to eat small amounts like the odd bit of cheese as going cold turkey can lead to people becoming acts intolerant. 2. keep your sugar intake to a minimum (this is also good to follow anyway if you have PCOS). 3. Le Roshe-Posey, this brand that has really helped me especially the efficlair duo+ anti-blemish cream, and the anti-imperfection corrector (its affordable and can be bought in boots boots.com/la-roche-posay/ef... ). 4. remember you are always going to get the odd spot, everybody gets them!!

Thank you. I thought i would have to live with that. I am actually 17 years old and people's judgement actually count at that point. I always have to cover my back and arms. Since i live in a tropical island it sometimes get unbearable. I will try what you just propose and see what happen. Thanks again

Well, since I have been getting my period 'regularly '(we can say) my acne has decrease a tiny little bit. Nothing major but a slight improvement. I notice that some soap were good while others were terrible for my skin. You could try different soap and see the one adapted for you. I did not try La Roche Posey because it is unavailable in my country and wayyyyyyy too expensive to get it across the sea. Try also drinking this: water, lemon, celery, and mint crushed together. Not a great taste but it helps a lot.

I hope I helped😊

Well, I did some research and I saw that this clean the body and improve the digestive system. As you may know, those suffering from PCOS, has 'unregular' period, therefore our whole system is not that clean. Now, if you do not want to drink this mixture, its up to you. I ain't a professional or anything. Just trying to help. The best thing though is to ask you gynecologist. He or she will guve you better advice and all... I hope i helped.
