As it is a combined pill then it would be good from a pcos point of view, not sure about endo tho, sorry. If this one doesnt suit their are loads to try (I like yasmin)

The pill is generally not the best thing to use for anyone with PCOS really... it's a pot luck if it works for you or just makes things worse, i don't like how it's such a gamble i read about all the women is made things worse for like i was once a member of a PCOS group on FB and they posted images of heavy periods, awful night sweats that soaked the sheets, periods like water, blood clots after them not working and coming off them and it continued, i guess you just have to hope it works, it could make the endo worse though too, my grandma had problems with a thick uterus lining after being put on hormone replacement (which they shouldn't of knowing she probs had PCOS), and suddenly the lining started to shead and she blead every where and it was causing internal bleeding, second time they found folicules has swelled up and some of them burst and that was what caused he bleeding and that time it was every where so they had to suck all the lining out and patch up the bleeding, so you gotta be really careful playing around with pills.
