2ndly I am already on Leflunomide 20 mg daily for Psoriatic Arthritis and it is working well, if they put me on a GPA treatment like MXA or biological eg Ritaximub would I have to stop taking the Leflunomide ?

In simple terms can you be on a DMARD and a biological drug at the same time ?.

Yes. It is not uncommon for a biologic such as tocilizumab to be used at the same time as methotrexate for example.

thanks, there are some trials out there using tocil instead of Pred for initial treatment, has anyone experienced this ?
