The Scottish NHS Covid Status App is now showing my 3rd vaccine (3rd primary). 3rd primary or booster vaccines are meant to show now in the Scottish website too, but that’s not working yet. However I’ve just installed the app and in the international travel section it’s showing my 3 vaccines. I am booked for my 4th vaccine (booster after 3 primary vaccines cos I’m severely immunosuppressed) in just under 3 weeks. nhsinform.scot/covid-19-vac...

For anyone whose 3rd booster or vaccine isn’t showing yet I’d recommend trying again until mid next week. Cos it’s clearly still a work in progress with the website version not working yet though the info webpage above says it should. If your latest vaccine still isn’t showing after that there is a helpline you can call if your record is wrong. Contact details are in the website linked above. But again I would recommend waiting until at least the middle of next week before any chasing.

Note the Scottish Covid app was updated yesterday, so anyone who is running an older version will probably need to update their version to be able to see the new data.

Thanks. Hope okay to ask as newbie here. Followed your advice 3rd Vac now on my app but not on website - only reporting 3rd as 1 vaccine I've had - others were done as shielded at GP practice. How did you book booster as mine due early next month? I can’t book online it tells me I have to phone to book no option on calendar. Last time just got a blue envelope in post for 3rd primary. Does this not happen anymore with 4th (booster) so should phone the scot covid vaccine number on Monday?

I booked my booster (and also my Dad's) online well before the advice changed online to phone if you just need the booster. I am leaving those appointments alone, because they're in there, and we'll deal with any issues on the spot. But yes anyone in this situation now should phone the helpline to book in. When booking I spoke to both the main vaccination helpline and a local Tayside vaccination line for me, asking if I booked now if it might cause problems with letters, indeed I asked were letters planned for this group. They weren't aware of any, and said no (but of course that's not a definitive answer ...), and both told me book now if you can. The NHS Inform page re severely immunosuppressed primary vaccines now says we are due a booster 12+ week after that, but doesn't give any indication they are sending us a letter either.

Re the online record both my earlier two vaccines are showing, and they were at the health centre too. But at least you can see your records in the app, so you are recorded correctly in the core underlying system, even if the website is flaky!
