Just received my private thyroid test
Not diagnosed with thyroid condition.
TSH 4.1 0.27 - 4.2 mu/L
FT4 13.7 12 - 22 pmol/L
FT3 4.2 3.1 - 6.8 pmol/L
I need to get a thyroid scan as I can feel a small lump on it.
Ferritin is high but iron is only middle range, what does that mean?

Free T3 (fT3) 4.2 pmol/L (3.1 - 6.8)
Ft3 somewhat better at 29.7% through range
TSH only just within range
NHS GP unlikely to agree yet to start on levothyroxine
Serum folate: 3.9 ug/L 3.0 to 20.0
Presumably you are now taking daily vitamin B complex

Ideally choose an endocrinologist to see privately initially and who also does NHS consultations so that might eventually transfer to NHS

I'm now going to start with a B complex.
The GP surgery phoned after my last bloods from them, they won't prescribe folic acid but told me to get some over the counter.
Far better to take a good quality vitamin B complex that has methyl folate than folic acid
