Would someone be able to advise on my recent blood tests?

I really don’t feel as though I’ve reached my sweet spot yet? Wondering whether I perhaps need to tweak my dose.

Also Iron results all ok, apart from Haematocrit

Which is 0.36 0.37 - 0.47

TSH. 0.24. 0.27-42 0.6

T4. 19.1 12-22 70%

T3 5 3.1-6.8 51.4%

Thank you as always

your results look good to me but if you don’t think you have hit your sweet spot tweak it. I personally don’t think I will ever feel as well as I used to feel before my diagnosis I have tinnitus and still get period of tiredness and muscle aches but that’s just my experience of hypothyroid

Is your T3 a bit lower than the low end of the range? I would imagine that could be why you don't feel 100%

Would you, perhaps, benefit from small dose of T3 (Liothyronine) to boost this a bit, without T4 being pushed up nearer the max end of the range?

If you're in UK, can you get referral to Endo? I went private, had NDT for a time and I felt much better. I suspect that's what prompted Endo to take me seriously (at last) and prescribe 5 mcg twice daily. I actually take 10mcg in morning as split dose didn't suit me. Endo happy with outcome :)

Your results wouldn't be OK for me. I would like a FT3 result at about 6 plus to feel well.

The Canadians have recently done research on healthy people with no thyroid problems and nearly all of the people have a higher ratio than known before. Simply because there was no research on Healthy People,

I have no thyroid and feel well when my FT4 and FFT3 are about 80% in range. Sometimes my FT3 has been higher than the FT4 and I had felt well for years to.

Thank you so much for that. Think I might try an increase in t3 and see what happens

Yes a good idea as long as it's slowly you will be fine. Good Luck.
