Vitron C is:

Vitamin C (as asorbic acid) 125 mg 140%

Elemental Iron 65mg (as carbonyl iron) 360%

I'm afraid I don't understand why you need an alternative?

But there are some carbonyl iron + vitamin C products. For example, Bariatric Advantage, Chewable Iron with Vitamin C. (Though that product contains both carbonyl and ferrous fumarate.)

Because insurance won’t fill the prescription for Vitron C

Is it a matter of cost?

Or that it is currently unavailable (e.g. on Amazon)?

Target seem to have it at $13.19 for 60.

Insurance plans generally wont cover items which are available OTC. Anyway, $15 is lower than many plans’ copays.
