good morning I would be very grateful for any advice on my latest blood test results
I take 5 mg carbimazole per day for graves disease. My latest test results:
TSH - 51.11%
T3 - 63.64%
T4 - 9%
Many thanks

Better if you give the number - results and ranges - rather than the percentages. Especially for the TSH which we don't normally transform into a percentage - what on earth is a TSH 51.11% through the range? The ranges vary so much, but a euthyroid TSH is around 1.
That said, your FT4 looks very low at 9%.
Just looked at your last post of four months ago and your TSH was too high then, you you continued on the carib. Did you ever get your TSI tested, as advised?
hi greygoose
Many thanks for your reply
I have asked at my last appointment for TSI to be tested I will ask again at my appointment next week
i have tried to reduce carb to mon, wed, fri. Did it for a few weeks then started to feel unwell.
I am preparing what to say at my appointment next week
T4 8.9 (8.0-18.0)
T3 5.2 (3.8-6)
TSH 2.91 (0.38-5.33)
Yes, they shouldn't have started you on carbi without doing the correct testing. Your TRAB were negative, I believe? Or am I muddling you up with someone else? In that case, they should have automatically tested TSI.
And your TPOab were very high, no? That is normally associated with Hashi's. So could be that you were in the hyper phase of Hasih's and didn't have Graves' at all. It happens all the time. Your numbers are certainly presenting like Hashi's right now, with the high TSH, very low FT4 and reasonable FT3. But, I'm really not an expert on Graves', so I can't say anything for certain. You really need that TSI test.
