Test results advice please

I was diagnosed Type 2 hypothyroid about 10 years ago. I am currently on 150 mg levothyroxine.

I am late 40s, and am on HRT daily: oestrogen 5 pumps, testosterone 1/8 packet; double cerelle ( progesterone ).

I am absolutely shattered and feeling constantly unwell. I am struggling with everything - physically, mentally and emotionally.

Here are my latest results. I am speaking to a private lady specialist in a fortnight. Bloods were taken at 2 p.m., venous draw. I did not take levothyroxine that morning.

I apologise for the multiple posts. I don't know how to put multiple pictures on one post.

We mainly need the thyroid & vitamin results if you can add them. Post as many replies to this post as you like, no limit. :)

You are going to have to break these down into smaller chunks and add more as replies, they aren't readable when enlarged as they blur... or type them out?

TSH is highest early morning and lowest after lunch

Hi strawberryflower . I can't properly read the first image but it looks like your vit D result is 20 something. Apologies if I read it wrong but if it is in the 20s you will definitely not feel good at all as that is grossly inadequate particularly for someone who is hypothyroid and you need to start taking a good quality high dose vit D supplement. It can be a game changer I'm sure some knowledgeable people on here will advise on your other results when you post them too.

reattach image in a reply

It will then be readable

Was test done as recommended, early morning, ideally before 9am, only drinking water between waking and test and last dose levothyroxine 24 hours before test

What vitamin supplements are you taking

previous posts show you have central hypothyroidism and poor conversion of Ft4 to Ft3
