TSH 2.74 (0,27 - 4.2)

Folate 12.1ug/L

B12 113pmol/L

Tsat 16%

Fettatin 77ug/L

HB 144g/L

Vitamin D 70nmol/L

Previous results on 7/4/24 were

FT3 4.2 (3.1 - 6.8)

FT4 17.1 (12 - 22)

TSH 1.23 (0.27 - 4.2).

Any advice appreciated.

Hi Dawney,

Thanks for posting, sorry you haven’t had a reply for a few hours. Could you confirm what dose of Levo you were on before this test and if this was different to the dose on the previous test?

I’d suggest you need a T4 increase.

Do you have the ranges for this other results?

Do you have any symptoms of under replacement?

100 same as the last test

The ranges are the same as pretest as I use the same company monitor my healthYes lots of symptoms

Been battling with gp who will not increase my levo

Your GP is just looking to see if you are out of range anywhere, not how you feel. Your TSH shows you need an increase in dose, but he likely does not understand this. I would go back, tell him you have all the symptoms returning when you were first diagnosed and would like a "trial" off upping your levo to 125. Do not say you are depressed as they pounce on this, tell him you just want to feel better. Good luck!

I have a doctor calling me on Monday, I'm hoping to get the increase from him.Thank you for your reply.
