Does it work? Does it not work? Waste of money? Money well spent?
As iron tablets cause me issues (as in they make me constipated and believe me, my body definitely does not need any assistance with that!) I came across this while googling for alternatives.
I know that Three Arrows is the go-to but I'm just wondering about alternatives.
Trying desperately to raise ferritin level.

I have problems getting iron levels up for years despite eating red meat ( even black pudding twice a week) tried the usual ferrous fumarate ( painful guts even though taken alternate days), the Better You spray ( easy to take but didn’t get good ferritin) and now take the heme…much gentler and works slowly.
The spray is quickly absorbed into the bloodstream.
It avoids the digestive tract and consequently the negative side effects on the body, from tablets and liquid supplements......including constipation, sickness, stomach pains, bloating and heart burn.
