Better You Iron Spray

I don't know if this has already been posted but in case it hasnt, as the title says Better You are now doing an Iron oral spray so potentially cuts out any digestive problems.

If it is oral, it will still go through the digestive system somehow, won’t it?

It says it's absorbed directly into the blood so bypassing the digestive system.

If it's as good as the Vitd and B12 then definitely worth a shot.

I'll will definitely try this even though I do well on liquid iron anyway but the spray ones are so easy. One spray containing 5mg iron sounds good , 4 sprays would equal to floradix/vital I am taking.

I had bloods done today so if needs be I'm going to try it, Better You sprays are the only supplements I can tolerate.

I generally like their supplements. Have been very effective for me. For example vitamin D , one bottle got me from deficient to sufficient very fast.
