Had my blood test results and all within range but I guess not optimal:

Ferritin 34 (been at this level for few years) Range (13-150)

B12 - 592 (range 197-771)

Serum folate 10.2 (range 3.89 / 9999

Vitamin D 81 (range 50 to 374)

FBC all I. Range too.

Any advice ?

Hi Ellen, are you still only on 25mcg levo? Did they test your thyroid hormones too?

What symptoms are you struggling with?

Your ferritin is low, really needs to get over 100 to be optimal. Are you/have you supplemented?

Hi , yes still on 25 mg . Only started meds one month ago. I’m not supplementing as don’t have any symptoms . Thyroid hormones were tested month ago. TSH around 6 but T4 bang in middle of range. Also positive for TPO antibodies at 227 (range 0-33).

Not what you're looking for?
