Hi are these s good b complex only 1 tablet a day ?

The form the vitamins are in is at least methyl or the active type which is good.

The quantity os fairly low however if you compare the amounts in Thorne Basic B you would only be getting about half the amount to that so would need to take 2 tablets to get the same amount.

That is actually a high dose of B6. You might be better off with one of the products I usually recommend.

Earl Mindelle who wrote the Vitamin Bible says (not his words and from memory) we should have B vitamins in equal ratio and that some brands provide higher amounts of the cheaper ones, and, that high amounts of some can deplete others. I always seek out B complex that provides and equal % of the RDA of each. Not sure if that's correct understanding and with luck others more knowledgeable might comment.

Thank you helvella i came off ingennes as it got Vit C in in it then i bought Thorne it gave me headaches i tryed another well known one i came out in a burning rash all over my body after taking it im just having not much luck
