It would help people to comment if you gave the numbers - result and range.

These were recommended to me and they are very good, hope this helps.
I have checked they do contain B12
Testing B12 after supplementation - however small - will skew results and make the levels look good. Detailed in the Guidelines that your GP should have read
best use a B 12 spray as it is absorbed through the mucosa and it more easily used . try Lamberts methylated B complex. excellent.
Your GP needs to check whether you have just low B12 or PA. All depends on what he’s saying by ‘low’ if you have PA tablets are useless as you cannot absorb it in your stumach.
GPS comments are so vague about this issue sometimes. Have you had any injections at all? Loading dose? You need figures and ask him or her what he means by low? If I take B12 in tablet form I get vomiting and diahorrea I have to have injections every 6-8 weeks
I had no injections. My complaint has been feeling very tired, an my cbc was all normal, so I am not anemic. I don't have a thyroid issue altho he keeps check every other month, cause of my NHLymphoma, which I've been in remission since 2005. I could be on the wrong site here, seems mostly thyroid issues. Thnks for the reply, an will have numbers after next set of blood work.
