Can you add the reference range for each test - numbers in brackets after your result. Ranges vary between labs.
Have you had your thyroid antibodies tested. NHS test TPO type but privately you can also get Tg tested too.
When hypo we get low stomach acid which means we cannot absorb vitamins well from our food, regardless of a great diet. For thyroid hormone to work well we need OPTIMAL levels of vitamins.

Only do private tests on a Monday or Tuesday to avoid postal delays.
Many of us find we need B12 near top of range and Vit D around 100-125, when adding Vit D choose one with K2 the sublingual like Nature Provides works well and they also do a good B12
Free T4 (fT4) 13.5 pmol/L (12 - 22) 15.0%
Free T3 (fT3) 4.4 pmol/L (3.1 - 6.8) 35.1%
T4:T3 Ratio 3.068
Assuming these are the correct ranges (they vary across the labs) your levels are low and fT3 higher than fT4 suggests a struggling thyroid... but as you have discovered NHS are TSH led which makes it tougher when you have possible central hypo😕 you might find talking with a private GP more helpful healthunlocked.com/redirect? thyroiduk.org/contact-us/ge...
