Thanks for everyone that has been helping me so far, however I had the T3 blood test at the hospital on Wednesday and found out this morning that my T3 is normal, so is TSH and T4, has anyone got any ideas what's happening and why I am so exhausted; I had vit.B12, Iron and vit. D3 test last October and everything was o.k. I take these 3 vitamins at home.
Blood test: T3 normal, still feel exhausted on... - Thyroid UK
Blood test: T3 normal, still feel exhausted on 20 mcg Liothyronine

Best post up what your 'normal' looks like along with ranges as we aim for optimal rather than 'normal'
'normal' is about as useful as 'fine' when it comes to health but Dr's seem to think it OK 🙄
Thank you very much for your help, I will go to the doctors and ask for a printout of my test results.
Hey there again :
So, yes we need to see the ranges so to be able to put the results into context :
Just being in a range does not mean you are optimally medicated - as some ranges are too wide to even be sensible - we need optimal levels whether they be thyroid hormones or the core strength vitamins of ferritin, folate, B12 and vitamin D.
Once with all these readings and ranges we will be able to help you better :
As previously explained - you were taking 5 grains Armour which alone is 45 mcg T3 + 190 mcg T4 and now you are just taking 20 mcg T3 and must be feeling absolutely awful.
Please reread my Private Message as to buying your own NDT - of which Armour is just 1 brand.

If TSH is within the normal range and you are taking T3 then you aren't taking enough. Almost any amount of T3 usually lowers TSH below the reference range if not suppressing it.
20mcgs T3 as monotherapy is a very low dose. Most people need in the region of 60mcgs T3 as monotherapy.
You'r ready for the next increase of T3 which should be done slowly in 5mcg increments.
