Hello everyone! I wanted to just give a quick post on a scam I experienced here on a chat. It was back in December. I did not approach anyone they sent me a message through the chat. They said, why don't you take T3 on your own? They were very convincing. How they were saying how they took the T3 and at what times of day. They gave me a website. The website was real I made an order. The order never came. I had contact with them up till last month and then they had reordered the T3 which of course never showed up. I'm just trying to tell you to warn you that if somebody approaches you and you didn't ask it could be a scam because now the website is no longer there I spent 56 bucks plus whatever it was to send it and I waited for months cuz I wanted the T3 so bad. I just found out today the website's no longer there. The chat's not even there? Easy is right.The email is also no longer valid. Bummer

I wanted to add I did have a legitimate chat with someone who I had approached about finding thyroid. But the website was UK and it was legitimate but I'm not in the UK I'm in the United States and anyway doesn't really worked out for me and now I'm afraid because like I'm broke over fire insurance in California.

A convincing story and a 'real' website does not discount the possibilty of it being run by scammers.

Members are always welcome to message an admin to find out if we have any information about a supplier of thyroid medication, before parting with any money.

I am really sorry for what happened to you! I was scammed by a site a few years ago. When I joined HU, I was contacted by someone who was very convincing and recommended a site with a completely different name. I almost fell for it, but then they requested me to send money to the same bank account the other site used. They are very cunning and take advantage of people`s desperation.

I saw the website is no longer working.

I was scammed by them a few years ago when they called themselves [edited by admin]. It seems they appear regularly under different names. I have no doubt they will reappear under a new name once again…the only thing that does not change is that they ask you to transfer money to a bank account in Montenegro"

I think it is a good idea to always look up the person`s profile (that is, the person recommending a seller). If that member joined the previous or the same day, and has no posting history, there is reason for caution.

I'm not sure if that matters, only because as stated before the same company that got me got someone else?

I experience a similar thing a few years back except they sent me an order two times, and then the third time i ordered which was over £100's worth ( because they got my trust ) never arrived. They strung me along with emails for a couple of months saying it was delayed etc, but it never came and then they stopped contacting me and the website disappeared.
