recommended B vitamins

I have been taking Lamberts Methyl B complex for a long time but would like to try another multi B vitamin that is often recommended on this forum. Of course I can’t find it now so would be grateful if someone could remind me. I seem to remember there was one that was a large tablet (not good for me!) and another, a small tablet.

Many thanks.

I take Thorne Basic B and am happy with this, although some find capsules too large.

Thank you🙏. I think I’ll go with the Igennus suggestions as I’m not good with large capsules and don’t fancy yellow teeth!

Igennus are nice small tablets and you can take one or two 🤗

Well.Actually is a liquid option, not as strong but likely adequate as a maintenance dose

I can’t swallow large capsules

Opening up Thorne capsule and taking powder direct is possible, but has strong taste and yellow colouring (may stain your teeth)

Igennus is nice small tablet and no taste. Most people find one tablet sufficient, a few may need 2 tablets per day.
