hi there. My endocrinologist has suggested I try Liothyronine due to my low levels of T3. Unfortunately he is not able to give me an nhs prescription, but is willing to support and continue to monitor me if I were to source this myself.
For anyone with experience in this I’d be really grateful for your recommendations and how you have found the treatmen? Is it worth it? I’ve been advised to start on a very low dose 5mg if possible or to cut the tablets.. I know it’s very expensive so need to ensure I find an honest and reliable source.
many thanks!

Scammers often join the forum and post a 'fake' story about their thyroid journey, that includes mention of self sourcing their thyroid meds. This is to encourage members to ask them where they purchase their medication without prescription.
