I have checked mine.

Vit D - Doctor's Best softgels - pure and clean supplement containing:

D3 as cholecalciferol (derived from lanolin), extra virgin olive oil, softgel capsule (bovine gelatin, glycerin, purified water).

B Complex

I've just checked my current bottle of Thorne Basic B and it has Calcium Laurate as a flow agent and I can't find how much calcium there might be in that but I imagine very little.

My next B Complex (already got some) is

Vitablossom Liposomal B Complex and the added ingredients are:

Phosphatidycholine (from non-GMO sunflower lecithin), glycerin capsule (gelatin, glycerin, purified water), beeswax, sunflower oil.

All B Complex supplements will contain Pantothenic Acid (B5) and this seems to be calcium pantothenate which is made up of 8% calcium and 92% pantothenic acid so it's a very small amount of calcium. I've checked out quite a few brands including a fruit and vegetable blend B Complex (Naturelo) and they all contain Pantothenic Acid as calcium pantothenate.

That is super helpful SeasideSusie, thank you. One more question, can you take iron & Vit B together? Or 2h apart?

Nothing except Vit C with iron. Vit C aids absorption of iron. Iron should be 2 hours away from other supplements as it affects their absorption.

Didn't see this post as you replied to yourself instead of me :)

Yes, you can take Vit D and B together, remember Vit D should be 4 hours away from thyroid meds.

Hello, so does that mean it doesn’t interfere with Thyroid meds like ‘normal’ calcium?

😂 Not usually… I prefer Catnip (Joking)
