I’ve been on 100 mcg levothyroxine for 2 months and these are the latest results. My gp will want to reduce the dose which is fine by me as I haven’t felt good on this level but I wonder if I need t3 added as it’s only risen slightly while my t4 is over range and tsh negligible.
Advice appreciated

If so then your results show poor conversion. Your key nutrients are pretty good so it's unlikely they're having much effect on conversion so it's possible you may benefit from a little less Levo and then add a bit of T3.
maybe bit more ferritin
Did you get the iron panel tested as previously advised? If not this is an important test because you need to monitor your serum iron and saturation percentage regularly when supplementing, if these go too high it can lead to toxicity.
T3 trial on the NHS has to be initiated by an endo, so your GP would have to be willing to refer you and the endo willing to accept the referral. Many don't understand the importance of T3 so it's a bit of a lottery. If NHS wont consider it then you could consider going private, there is a list of thyroid friendly endos (both NHS and private), some of whom have been known to prescribe T3. You can obtain this list be emailing:
info@thyroiduk.org
If you go down the private route then you can ask on the forum for feedback by private message on anyone that you are interested in, but do plenty of research before committing to ensure they're a good fit so that you don't waste your money. Also it's useful to choose a private endo who also works within the NHS as once trialled and endo agrees you should stay on T3 then you could ask if he will transfer you to his NHS list.
if anyone can recommend someone close to Kent, I have gone through the list and I know the local endocrinologist prescribes t3 but he isn’t keen on helping if the t3 is in range.
