still tweaking 2 yrs after Naturethroid

rT3 12.9 (9.2-24.1)

Ferritin 72 (15-150) 2/15/23

B12 577 (232-1245_ 2/15/23

When I was on Naturethroid, these #s correlated w/me feeling great (except rT3 was, always, <9)

I know this site has debunked the rT3 theory wherein a site here in the US promotes raising FT3 levels to counteract rT3. I am now on 97.5mg NP thyroid, (have been since 7/2022)& these #s do not correlate to me feeling as good as before NP was started. A bit more tired than I think I should be. BP is good- usually around 110, HR, good-in mid-60's. When I see endo early next week I will ask for folate order. I had my B12#s up to 1080, but backed off (for no reason) for 3mos,. or so before lab; I've started back daily B12 supplementation. And since I don't want to keep testing & shelling out $200 for 4-pt adrenal testing, I make adrenal cocktails as one of the posters suggested. My thought is to increase the NP. Other than nasty allergies, for which I get shots that don't seem to do any good, I am healthy @71. Fortunately, the endo I see is liberal & listens! Thoughts? Thank you

When I was on NatureThroid, I felt great until it went out of production. I tried NP Thyroid for several months and never felt well on it no matter the dose. I am now on Synthyroid and a small dose of T3. I am still trying to get my Synthyroid dose right. I increased it last week and feeling pretty rough at the moment.

I hope you get it worked out. It is frustrating to not feel well.

same here.....I felt fantastic on Nature-throid. I tried the synthetic route for 10mos after I depleted my supply of Nature Throid and felt horrid. The NP has me feeling better, but not there, yet. Good luck to you, too. It stinks!

I hope it works for you. I am day 10 on this dose and so sad today. I have absolutely nothing to be sad about. I hope this settles in soon. Waiting for 6 weeks seems like an eternity.
