I thought you’d like to know you are not alone….over 20 years ago left on levo.(150 daily) and Ft3 barely in range following hypothyroid diagnosis ( with TgAb c.800) and continued pain and exhaustion, barely able to get out of sofa. GP tested bloods, but nothing found as everything ‘normal’, though subsequently found out this might not mean ‘normal’ for me and raised b12, folate, vitD, ferritin levels as recommended on forum. Still have problem getting ferritin levels above mid 50s, though have black pudding twice a week! You don’t say how you added T3…DIY or thru endocrinologist… I added T3, DIY ( but as Gp then kept wanting to lower levo.prescription got private endo. to prescribe 5mcgx3 Thybon Henning) , but also got various other set backs ( septic shock, acute pancreatitis, insulin dependent diabetes). Anyway did get improvement slowly and able to walk, but pain remained ( got fibromyalgia diagnosis about 10 years ago), and last 3 years have had Long Covid! I can sympathise with your condition and can only advise to persist with Gp to test and scan everything possible ( why is your CRP so high?), and DIY what you can, even try a little walking daily. This last month I joined a local hotel health club to daily do ‘swimming / water aerobics’ started with 10 mins daily ( getting dry and dressed was the more exhausting), now 30 mins although walking /standing for that length of time is not possible. Good luck.
