if only took thyroxine 10 days and stop how soon can you have blood test ..

What were folate, ferritin and Vitamin D

What vitamin supplements are you taking

As you have Hashimoto’s have you had coeliac blood test

If not, get tested asap

Assuming test is negative, you can immediately trial strictly gluten free diet

Check ingredients list of your levothyroxine

Lots of Hashimoto’s patients react to lactose or mannitol or acacia powder

Only 5% of Hashimoto’s patients test positive for coeliac but a further 81% of Hashimoto’s patients who try gluten free diet find noticeable or significant improvement or find it’s essential

Similarly few months later consider trying dairy free too. Approx 50-60% find dairy free beneficial

i am alergic to lactose i teasted for celiac desease but it was ok that was few years back i stoped thyroxine 3 days ago and i have bloating and diarea this may be from mannitol that is high in euthyrox ..feeling unwell but i was worse on euthyrox now i will get alergic test and then i will try to buy something on line with different ingridience and see if i can get beter ..i live alone and i cant even go shoping because od dizyness i am depresed and i canot hadle all this feelings i also get panic attacks my gp always sents me to hospital she dont care my endo i can never speak to him i am in despair i thank you for taking the time to explain me things .
