Natual dessicated thyroid

Hello All.

It's been a while since I've posted. I've bunkered down and really worked on diet, getting my levels right and most importantly reducing stress which was hugely impacting my health. I'm about 5 yrs into my journey and I still don't feel right. I take T4 and T3 and although it was a signifcant improvement from T4 only, 2 yrs on I still don't feel great. Like there's something missing. I am hoping there would be some advice and suggestions from people who source their own NDT. If anyone would kindly message me details I would be extremely grateful.
