Did you discuss your previous results 3 months ago with your GP and did they prescribe anything as per this reply to you? healthunlocked.com/thyroidu...
Your folate is looking a lot better! What are you supplementing with now?
Your B12 could be improved on.
No TSH or FT3 result.
Free T4 (fT4) 17.7 pmol/L (10 - 22) 64.2%
Your FT4 is relatively low so room for an increase.
I have had a 3month course on folic acid and ferritin on prescription.Seasidesusie has been advising me and she thought I may need sublingual b12 and b complex.l still have very low metabolism.what do I do about FT4? Waiting for tshT3....3.27pg/ml 1.4-3.5pg/ml
When it comes to supplements you do get what you pay for. As you've already been deficient in folate and low on B12 its important to be taking a high dose B complex. The Supplement Tree one has half the dose of both of those compared to Thorne Basic B. Thorne Basic B also contains the active type vitamins which are better used by many people rather than the cheaper basic non converted vitamins.
Do compare what you have with this label from a high dose B complex, the Thorne brand.
If I take 2would that be OK to finish them?so B 12 and folic acid and b complex is this OK to my next test ,also should I reduce my T3 to 6 1/4.Hope to have a private test in 8 was.will this medication kick my metabolism off, I have a stone to come off
