How do you feel?

Did you discuss your previous results 3 months ago with your GP and did they prescribe anything as per this reply to you? healthunlocked.com/thyroidu...

Your folate is looking a lot better! What are you supplementing with now?

Your B12 could be improved on.

No TSH or FT3 result.

Free T4 (fT4) 17.7 pmol/L (10 - 22) 64.2%

Your FT4 is relatively low so room for an increase.

D3 needs testing.

I have had a 3month course on folic acid and ferritin on prescription.Seasidesusie has been advising me and she thought I may need sublingual b12 and b complex.l still have very low metabolism.what do I do about FT4? Waiting for tshT3....3.27pg/ml 1.4-3.5pg/ml

Thanks

What, if anything are you taking for b12?

What supplements are you taking? Brand & name of supplement. You are likely to need to continue taking folate continuously.

We really need a full thyroid panel - TSH, FT4 & FT3 all taken together to understand what is happening.

What thyroid replacement are you taking?

Are you saying your FT3 is 3.27pg/ml 1.4-3.5pg/ml

Yes...t3....vit d test dec 7th was 137. Lindens B12 1000mcgSublingual....b complex suplement tree folic acid

Holland n Barratt 400ug

My dose of levothyroxine is 75mg.....t3 is 12 1/2.

IFree T4 (fT4) 17.7 pmol/L (10 - 22) 64.2%

Free T3 (fT3) 3.27 pmol/L (1.4 - 3.5) 89.0%

That might be very slightly too much FT3 for some so how do you feel on that?

So you are taking a 1000mcg B12 and which B complex? I need to know how much of everything is in it you see.

I am assuming the Holland and Barratt 400ug is folic acid or is it methylfolate?

When it comes to supplements you do get what you pay for. As you've already been deficient in folate and low on B12 its important to be taking a high dose B complex. The Supplement Tree one has half the dose of both of those compared to Thorne Basic B. Thorne Basic B also contains the active type vitamins which are better used by many people rather than the cheaper basic non converted vitamins.

Do compare what you have with this label from a high dose B complex, the Thorne brand.
