is this is what is happening to me ?

My tsh before starting T3 was 0.02 and t4 20 (12 to 22) and T3 2.1 ! (4.1 to 6.8)

and the past 3 days have swollen up like a balloon and fat gain on legs it’s insane

I saw my gastro doctor and he approved 30mcg saying he doesn’t see why not being on that as it’s 5.2

I have no received the letter from endocrinologist

Questions -

I am having cortisol checked in morning - and acth

Don I take medication before ?

if it is ~ then the course of action would be to reduce dose of Levo (and possibly also a reduction in T3 dose at some point )

but since you have just persuaded someone else to allow you to stay on a higher dose of 30mcg T3 ( despite advice from endo and others on here that you sound overmedicated and should try 25mcg T3 properly and then get tested)

you didn't have reliable bloods done to see the effect of 25mcg after at least 6 weeks (as far as i can remember) ...

would you be prepared to try a lower dose of levo even if it was suggested ?
