B12 760 range 197-771 on 8 weekly injections

Folate >20 range 3.9 - 26.8

Vit D 72

Ferritin 55 range 13-150

Iron

Serum iron 20.4 range 5.8-34.5

% transferrin 2.25 range 2-3.6

% saturation 36% range 16-40%

Stopped taking PPI 2 months ago and propranolol a month ago.

Not on thyroid meds

Have 4 raised cortisol levels 2 in Sept 22 747 618 and 2 this month 536 and 632

Been sent back to Endo.

24 hr urine cortisol normal SST test normal.

Been on iron since December when ferritin dropped to 30.then increased to 50 then dropped again to 31 (had to stop iron for endoscopy for a week ) ferritin now 55 on iron tablets.

Any ideas where I can go from here.

As I have hairloss (put down to stress and huge weight loss ) Dermatologist says ferritin needs to be above 50

Suggest you keep working on improving low ferritin

Have you had BOTH TPO and TG thyroid antibodies tested?

Suggest you get full thyroid including antibodies and Ft3 tested in another 6-8 weeks

Always test thyroid early morning ideally just before 9am

Vitamin D better nearer 100nmol

Just ordered the medichecks test.Ultrasound scan that was recommended came back clear
