What do the Antibodies show? Is this not caused by hashimotos?
Low antibodies, negative for Hashi's with those results. It's possible they might be positive if tested again and it's possible to have Hashi's without raised antibodies .
I think she could probably do with an increase of 25mcg of levo?
I agree. She may be better with TSH below 1 and FT4 and FT3 are both low in their ranges.
Nkt lossible to say about conversion until she has had increase in Levo to get TSH below 1 which will give highest possible FT4 then look at FT3 to see if conversion is poor. Nutrients need to be optimal for thyroid hormone to work properly and good conversion so these need work:
Folate is suggestive of folate deficiency so discuss with GP.
