Hi guys my latest blood test results

I would appreciate some guidance on next step to take I’ve zoom call with endo next week

TSH 2.09 ( 0.27 -4.2) 46%

T4 16.7 (12-22) 47%

T3 4.8 ( 3.1 -6.8 ) 46%

currently taking

t4 100 mcg 2 days 75 mcg 5 days

T3 7.5 split 5/2.5

I am thinking T4 needs increasing but not sure how much by ? I’ve still got symptoms aches stiffness ( but I do think improving slowly ) heavy legs , walking I get exhausted

Ironically this is getting close to the dose I was on when I first saw endo months back and he dropped T4 by 50 mcg !

Thanks guys advice greatly appreciated!

suggest you swap the days around…..5 days on 100mcg and 2 days on 75mcg

Retest in 6-8 weeks

Many members find levothyroxine is dropped far too much by endocrinologist before adding T3…..and often end up virtually where dose levothyroxine was before T3 was added
