Roseway labs for Liothyronine 20mcg Thybon Henning. So helpful.

Vickisophieunicorn profile image

came here to post what an amazing experience iv had with roseways labs for above brand of T3.

I have loads of allergics. They are making up my T3 withiut lactose on drs prescribed request.

I can then choose filler (rice or cellulose, cellulose seems better for me) can choose capsule to be gelatin or vegetable and csn choose colourant of tumeric blueberry or no colourant.

They have been so helpful via email. My consultant send the script straight to them then u just pay online and they make and post them there.

Just for anyone struggling with scripts they have been fantastic.

They just require usual script from your consultant for t3 then do the rest.

Please ensure thathat your consultant writes dairy free on the script though for this formula.

Hope its helps anyone.

I agree, Roseway are very helpful. What you mention sounds more like the compounds which they make up, rather than the standard Thybon Henning tablets.

See their entry on the Thyroid UK website list of pharmacies.

Glad you've been able to find something which works for you.

I'm assuming this is a private prescription. It sounds very expensive. Can I ask the cost please?

I have their compounded lactose free T3 capsules and it’s £75 for 12 weeks supply.

hi. yes it is and its 60 pounds for 100 capsule which I break in 2. Its private only but they are very good if u email them.

That's not a bad price really all things concidered. How does one break a capsule?!

that’s cheaper than some of the supplements I take on a daily basis.

I wouldn’t be without them, or my Thybon, thankfully I can afford both at present.

Roseway only do private prescriptions. That's their price for 100 x 20mcg tablets of Thybon Henning (tablets not capsules). As I take 1 tablet a day (chopped up smaller) that packet does me for 100 days, so over 3 months.

I would expect the compounded capsules to be more expensive, but the best way to find out if you are interested is by ringing Roseway.

I'm glad your body has received a good response to your T3 without lactose. It's amazing the difference it makes to us, especially if someone has found no improvement with T4 and are prescribed an option for a trial.

How did you make out with your compounded prescription. I am thinking about compounded NDT because I believe lactose has been bothering me with Synthroid & Thyroid S (We have no lactose-free levothyroxine in Canada).

The pharmacist asked me how I made out with cellulose. I have no idea. Is cellulose in many prescriptions? (Anyone reading this old thread know?)

Hope you've done well with your compounded hormones. Vickisophieunicorn

Hi. I have terrible problems with cellulose too , I only found this out via taking these medications. I have loved this version of T3 with roseway.

Do you have access to tirosint? It is my levothyroxine which is completely allergy free??

Sorry I have no experience with NDT.

But I use tirosint and T3 compounded from roseway (olive oil, silica and lio).

Cellulose is in loads and loads of medications and in lots of vitamins. Many different versions of it. I never realised why loads of vitamins made me sick and loads of probiotics etc, then I started my thyroid medication and realised it was the cellulose that got me. I do have gastric issues aside from my thyroid (long standing IBD).

I am sure you could order tirosint which is t4 from roseway or another lab and ship it? It is right £65 for 60 tablets (off the top of my head so could be slightly off). Roseway ship this in from Germany I believe so it is not compounded by them.

Hope any of this helps any.

Do look into DT, I just have no experience with this to share unfortunately but if you search the posts or start a new one you will get loads of advise off this

Thank you so much. Tirosint is supposed to be in Canada, but it is not. And unfortunately we have strict importing laws.

Very happy to hear your Roseway compounding has continued to go well for you.
