I have sub-clinical hypothyroidism and my most recent bloods are: TSH 0.44, FT4 16.4, FT3 4. I am tired all the time. I could easily fall asleep at my desk after a good night's sleep. I have had a lot of stress/anxiety and emotional strain recently and I think my adrenal glands are exhausted. What test should I have to determine this and what is the solution if they are? My Endo once said she would test them but never did.

Have you got the reference ranges for these? Ranges vary from lab to lab and we see many ranges here, eg 7-17, 9-19, 11-23, 12-22 plus others. So your FT4 result could be mid-way or top of range. I expect your FT3 is quite low in range. Low T3 causes symptoms.
Do you still take 150mcg Levo plus 10mcg Liothyronine? If your FT3 is low in range then you are likely to be taking too small a dose of Lio.
When did you take your last doses before the test? Last dose of Levo should be 24 hours before test, Lio should be split into 2 doses the day before and last dose taken 8-12 hours before test.
Presumably these are the same results you posted 6 months ago? If you have become symptomatic since then you should have another test to check current levels.
What test should I have to determine this and what is the solution if they are?
24 hour saliva cortisol plus DHEA test - Regenerus or Genova Diagnostics. Do not do one without the DHEA test included.
Regenerus (this is the one I have used as they email you direct when results are ready): thyroiduk.org/help-and-supp...
Genova (email results to ThyroidUK who release them to you when they've received the appropriate Test Results Form completed by you): thyroiduk.org/help-and-supp...
The solution will depend on the findings.
Also ESSENTIAL to test vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12
What vitamin supplements are you currently taking
When were vitamin levels last tested
Do you have autoimmune thyroid disease (hashimoto’s)
you need to do a four point saliva test dont do a blood test as cortosil fluctuates throughout the day.
